Here are answers to the questions customers usually ask before requesting custom branding, gifting or apparel work.
Do you have online checkout?
Not yet. Phase 1 of the website is enquiry-based. Customers submit a quote request and we respond with pricing, timelines and next steps.
Can I request something custom?
Yes. Custom work is welcome. You can send your idea, inspiration, product type, quantity and artwork, and we’ll advise what is possible.
Do I need to have artwork ready?
No. If you already have artwork or a logo, you can upload it. If not, you can still submit a request and we’ll guide you on what is needed.
What services do you offer?
We offer embroidery, DTF printing, vinyl cutting and laser cutting. UV printing is planned as an upcoming service.
Can I order one item?
In many cases, yes. Some services may have minimum quantities depending on setup time, product type and production method.
Do you offer bulk order pricing?
Yes. Bulk pricing may be available for larger quantities, corporate orders, schools, teams, events and resellers.
How long does production take?
Turnaround depends on the service, quantity, artwork readiness and current workload. We’ll confirm timing when we quote.
Can you help choose the right branding method?
Yes. If you are unsure whether embroidery, DTF, vinyl or laser cutting is best, choose “Custom / Not Sure” on the quote form.
Do you deliver?
Collection, local delivery and courier options can be discussed depending on your order and location.
